文国知，1973年11月出生，博士研究生学历，籍贯：湖北省罗田县，副教授。1998年西南师范大学学士，2006年西南师范大学硕士，2014年华中科技大学博士。

主要研究方向

主要研究方向：半导体材料与器件及信息处理。
